@ardra71 Uhhh, maybe any high-end Android needs 1GB of RAM, but not Windows Phone. Not everything is spec related. In engineering, there are two components to devices such as these: the software and the hardware. While Android OEMs focus on stronger hardware without much optimization, Windows Phone software engineers work on their end to optimize their software to certain chipsets, which is why they have a minimum spec list every year. Two different approaches, but I tend to prefer the latter.

@ardra71 honestly, microsoft did a good job on their mobile OS. it doesn't need dual core & 1GB of ram but it still buttery smooth. some experts even said that WP's are more fluid than iphones. wonder why most of androids can't do that. so pumped for apollo!
