@xMaGKunG i apreciate your kind words mate. i am not too interested in doing a stretching video as anyone can find thousands of videos in youtube and others. if u are interested in stretching you should look for author "thom kurz" and take a look at his books/videos about "stretching scientifically". you can also watch "bill superfoot wallace" videos (famous full contact champion decades ago with incredible kicking skills). what about joining taekwndo,karate or any martialart training?

How many hours every week do you practice to do a side split? :)

@xMaGKunG it depends on how genetically gifted you are.in my case i am not gifted at all so it took me a lots of years stretching everyday feeling fucking hell pain in my muscles everyday...i know friends who can do a split within few months and some others can do a split without any fucking stretching routine...so it is up to your joints-ligaments and muscles. muscles can be stretched a lot but ligaments in your joints is hard stuff, almost imposible to distort in adult age.hard work!
