paul is a nice guy and a very brave man, as any boxer is who gets in the ring...but as far as his talent goes, he is british title level at best. cant see him going further than that at super-middleweight or middleweight to be honest

@RiseOfThePro like i said to all the other comments, no i wont take it back because that would suggest i didnt believe what i said. I did believe that Froch was exposed at the top level...BUT he showed how much he has improved against Arthurt Abraham, and is now a top level fighter no doubt. He has the boxing skills but he used to just want to stand in the middle of the ring and slug. now he's boxing well

@ImElvis666 your opinion, thats fair enough. I'm not saying Macklin or Barker would beat Froch, I think he's too big for them...but Froch has been exposed at the top level by Taylor, Dirrel and Kessler. I don't think he'll win back his title anytime soon. Where as Macklin is on the up and looked a little sloppy because he had been training for Darren Barker, then with 2 weeks notice (when most fighters stop sparring) the opposition changed

Macklin would destroy Barker (who was exposed against a journeyman in his last fight) and there are plenty of top fighters that would school Macklin too.

@ImElvis666 i dont rate froch at all. I think he's been exposed at the top level. Keeps his hands low and doesn't move his head. Was never going to beat the likes of Kessler and almost lost to Jermain Taylor

in the contender they made out that he was really good and that he'd definately win a world title, but against banks he looked mediocre against quigley he looked mediocre and against this guy he looked medieocre. im still waiting to see the world champion potential they talked about in the contender. at this i reckon degale would beat him easy.
