Carson Schmidt performing Haydn's Piano Concerto in G Major with the Walla Walla Symphony on November 21, 2008. Carson has been studying piano for 5-yrs and he turned 10 years old last month. The Walla Walla Symphony, the oldest continuously operating symphony west of the Mississippi, has been under the artistic leadership of Music Director and Conductor Yaacov Bergman since 1987, and has performed in Cordiner Hall on the Whitman College campus since 1967.

This is one symphony I know Beki didn't fall asleep at! You have an amazingly talented son. I wish I could have been there in person. I've played it at least three times now. Carson is lucky to have such supportive parents. Sending my love to the family!
