Tony Slattery - "Tiger Bastable" (pt.1 of 3) - '94 - HQ

This was a failed pilot, made in 1994. It eventually emerged in the British ITV regions between a year and two years later, generally being screened late night.

It features Jim Sweeney and veteran comedy actor, Graham Stark - and was made by the lovely Mike Mansfield.

It appears to be quite rare. IMDb don't acknowledge its existence (and they list "The Blackness") and even the BFI have little on it. Perhaps me and Mansfield have the only two copies left!

Anyhoo, give it a go. Some of it is lame, but most is very good and every now and then you get a really GREAT GAG. Plus it features Mr SLATTERY - who's ALWAYS worth a look...
