Right now, you maybe are using Windows. Are you owned by Windows? I don't believe that. All feed must pass trough a certain system. If you use a satelital tool (which is needed to broadcast) that doesn't mean that you are owned by the owner of that tool. If you want to apply the reasoning you have, then we all must be owned by Youtube on this precise moment.
