That looks like a juvenile goshawk to me. I'm no expert, but the streaking looks heavier than that of a cooper's, and the juveniles of goshawks do move south during the winter.
But I like the vids!

there's a good number of them here and they are increasing in numbers in S.E. Pa. i keep finch feeders here to keep the hawks. After all, there are plenty of finches and it's just natures way. Hawks also keep the squirrls at bay and the mice too

I didn't identify the location, sorry about that. This vid was taken 15 miles south of Tampa FL, goshawks NEVER come here :(, I would love to get one on my lifelist.

it's a juvenile bird as noted in the description of the video, the heavy breast streaking of the juvenile shows up nicely, the large head and overall size limit the choices of id to the Cooper's
