I always have enjoyed Perry Mason and Raymond Burr and Barbara Hale.NO one can ever be Perry Mason besides Raymond Burr. I loved this movies tho it was a bit bitter sweet and sad because of Mr Burr's health and impending death. Must have been difficult for both Barbara Hale and Raymond Burr-- tho I think he tried to stay positive that some how he'd have more time, You can kind of see a trace of sadness and maybe tension in BH's smile at the end, it appears RB gives her a little hug then too.

Raymond Burr died in 93!!!! I'm finding out right now for the first time. I wondered but never googled. Bummer.....what a bummer.
Thanks for posting. I repeatedly watch at night before bed. Especially love the episodes from the 50's.

Sadly,This was Mr.Burr's last performance..he was very ill
with a malignated Kidney..but he kept on performing in this
"Perry Mason"TV movie ..even though he didn't feel up to snuff.
