  • This TV show (Wordls Greenest Homes) should be called something different. The generally monsterous huge homes they show are far from green. It really worries me that they are showing the public these homes and branding them 'Green'.

  • wow!! i love the kitchen top!!

  • Early adopters (of any technology) will always pay more. We need these pioneers to pave the way for the rest of us. With the passage of time these technologies will sort themselves out and only the most affordable and effective will be available in the future when they will be tried, true,and...affordable for most. Nice House Dude!

  • @MrKoolioz1 I aint jealous of your wealth for the second time. You really have issues with thinking people admire your financial status don't you! Your home and lifestyle is out of touch with the everyday realities that people face, especially in developing countries. Holding up your home as some kind of beacon of hope for a sustainable future is ABSURD, given that it is utterly unobtainable and unnaffordable for 99% of people. I don't care how green it is. What good is that when it's so costly?

  • @Rotpig Why do i need a reality check then? I honestly don't care if not many people can afford it. You need to deal with the fact that some people can afford it and you can't just tell them to get a reality check because you are jealous of their wealth.

  • @MrKoolioz1 Nothing to do with jealousy. Which part of my comment was jealous? You are now assuming that I am jealous of your $500,000 home. I earn a very nice living thankyou very much. Your home is not however what everyone can afford. Deal with it.

  • @Rotpig angetodac asked how much it costs. That's too bad they cant afford it, maybe they should work hard. like myself and then they could afford one. You need to reduce your jealousy.

  • @MrKoolioz1 Only about 5% of the population could afford a home costing $500,000. You need a reality check.

  • @Hamish121212 I am guess your not from Australia? in Australia and particularly in fire prone areas we collect our drinking water in tanks and also use it for fighting fires. Australia is a very dry country in many areas and we need a large roof area to capture the required amount of rain. also you are neglecting the fact that all forms of energy used to power and heat these houses is 100% renewable and isnt a draw on the environment. also noting single storey is normal in AUS.
