:24:20) One of the kids in my grade school years was named Kevin. I don't recall JP calling Tikey Kevin, but I was sure curious about why(the kid) was always called Kevin Turkey. I had no idea why until learning years later that Tikey was called Kevin.

TV needs programming like JP Patches again. Allow children to use their immagination and be kids. I'm 43, grew up watching JP and know how much it meant to me. I feel bad for kids today won't have characters such as this to remember when they grow up. All kids know today is video games, violence and adult content shows. Time to review our society's values people. Perhaps the simpler things made life that much better. Thanks JP & Don Newman, you guys are the best ever!

JP was at our class reunion a couple of days ago! He drives a Lexus and his wife (no, it's not Gertrude) is really nice and said that he never gets tired of being JP. He handed out cards, buttons and Flicks.

I wish they still had shows like this. JP will always be the coolest and best clown. He never gets old. I wonder if he still does appearances?

I remember JP sleeping with his head on the washer and his feet on the dryer which were about 4' apart. Each morning when his alarm went off he would fall on his butt and as a 5 yr old nothing was funnier to me.
Boris was scary.
And I thought Gertrude was ugly.
I would have married JP when I grew up.
