I think this might be based off Randy Newman. It certainly sounds like Jerry's imitating him. Even the puppet looks like Randy Newman. XD

"Things That I Remember" by E&B. But, UTube screwed it up by make the video speed up (really fast!), while the audio play at normal speed and getting cut off when the footage ended.
