in fact white tea is better than green it has THREE times as much antioxidant's as it's older brother, while white, green and black tea all come from the same plant (camellia sinesis) white tea is the youngest out of the lot and non processed out of the other 2 which are allowed 2 oxidize and pan fry, and white tea is only harvested once a year making it rare and more expensive and is the healthiest tea in the world and the only tea 2 contain all it's antioxidants from plant 2 consumption
