I like the screen effect that occurs when a kid is shot by a tranq•dart — I guess, because it's really unnecessary!

Also, I would presume that Santa may have been more than happy to coöperate with the government, in helping it find "the baddies," by giving it a copy of his Naughty List: no need for "infiltration," or any such.
