In reality, that many space marines would be able to fight their way through almost anything... they nerf them so badly in these kind of movies it's not even funny

@kenshinthemaster Yeah, you'd think it'd be secured a little better. Then again, a vehicle explosion could jettison debris pretty far. He might have been clipped by the Dread's sarcophagus lid, or one of its arms, or who knows what else. vOv

Maybe even an Ork body. XD

@kenshinthemaster It looks like he had one right up until the Dread detonated. The force probably ripped the backpack off, since the attached banner also ended up in the dirt.
