Based on the bible we know that new viruses can't just appear if they did not exist before. Therefore it is evident to me that any disease that has absolutely no record of existing before must have been engineered or spliced in a government or corperate laboratory. Species reproduce after there own kind, and random chance cannot produce new genetic information.
