Be determined to Win, Disciplined, & Diligent!
1) Drink 64ozs of water per day
2) Balance diet of protein, carbs, and fats. Ingest 1000-1200 calories per day. Kept an online food journey @ www.calorie-count.com
3) Exercise 5 times per week for at least 30mins. Kept exercise log and a exercise buddy will keep you accountable.
4) Manage stress (yoga, pilates, reading,meditating)
5) Get plenty of rest (6-8hrs)

  • what types of exercises did you do for those 2 months in order to lose 25 pounds

  • @chinewmarie Hi, Initally i did treadmill, stairclimber, and elliptical (20-30mins to 45-1hr over time). I then gradually started taking aerobic classes at the YMCA, pilates, and yoga. Also took bootcamp classes that incorporated weight training twice a week. Now, I run and do Zumba to keep the weight off!

  • Good points, I have done pretty much the same myself since 1/1-09. Lost 146 lbs so far.

  • Thank you....what did you breakfast lunch dinner regimen look like? I am trying to get this down now frustrating but I have to do it!
