  • great video. terrible music IMO.

you landed on runway 33 at the end of the video and it says canyonlands is it KCNY then? but that rnwy has 3 and 21 only.

  • Sorry you don't like the music. You can always turn down the volume :)

Airport was KPGA, flying in the Canyonlands area of AZ and UT. Specifically Caselton Tower, Lake Powell, Monument Valley area. Not neccesarily the Canyonlands NP, although it is in the area.

  • Great video! Really felt I was actually flying with you or wish I was anyway. Just curious how you edited the video with the music and text? Was it done on a PC or Mac?

  • Video was edited with Pinnacle Studio on a PC.

  • Beautiful! What a great video! Really would love to fly in that part of the country, though maybe not the summer with the DAs you have.

  • It was actually pretty cold when we flew there. This is a Cherokee 140, remember :)?

  • Neat!

  • Very, VERY nice video.

The music is really great, too.

Good Work! Makes me want to go flying this weekend.

  • that's Page, AZ then. lovely town, been there.

sorry about the music but that was my honest comment :)

  • My dad had one, a Cherokee 180, and he was a pilot in Africa (Kenya) :D

  • wow, this is so bautiful, this makes me want to become a pilot even more.

  • I was thinking more of the R172K Hawk XP we have here in VA. In the summer, I can barely squeeze 500 fpm climb, and that is starting from the field elev. of only 237 ft! But I bet in those cool temperatures, you can see for miles and the engine just roars along. Wonderful! :)
