  • Have had a chance to use the dip bar with your P90X Workout. I just ordered the P90X set and the Dip Bar. I curious to hear your experience. Thanks..

  • I started using the ultimate body press in Phase 3 and noticed a big increase in muscle tone and strength from using the bands.

  • I must say though that after watching this I'm starting to feel more and more that maybe P90X is not for me lol

    What do I think of Whey? Well lets see I think it's just to make me gain weight. Like every time I see them I always think "Those are for me to gain weight, not lose"

    Protein Bars are good and it also does depend on which one you get because they can also be high in fat...my protein is eggs, chicken, tuna and yogurt, etc

    So, I don't know about P90X right now lol

  • The diet requires 50% protein. You don't have to do whey but economically it makes the most sense.

    Gain weight? nope I lost weight. Check out Week 3 video you will see I lost 12 lbs and I will post Week 4 where I lost even more.

    I am gaining muscle and losing weight.

    Don't get me wrong what I am doing might not be right for you but it working for me :)

  • No but this is what I thought of Whey Protein - cause there's one for you to gain weight as well. They confuse me so much that I just kinda stray away from them.

    And by the way you're a man, so of course you're gonna lose weight like that, it would take a woman like me 2-3 months to lose 12lbs

    I'm building muscle the natural way, by exercising and lifting weights, leg lifts, etc...And like I said when I shop I tend to buy things that have a lot of protein and a lot of fiber.
