@TheJungleCook i better have both, agile hips and core and muscle chest, you can achieve that without kettlebell, with squats, deads, bench.....stop thinking your training is ultimate exercise kettlebell wankers..........i like kettlebell but i hate all weak fat kettlebell wankers always hating on people who do weightlifting......

@jecnunez I used to agree, but have gained much more flexibility, stability, explosiveness, stamina and whole body coordination with kettlebells than any amount of barbell squats, deadlifts, and bench could teach me. That being said I think both powerlifting and kettlebell training are excellent tools to develop overall fitness

I've been going to the gym for only 3 months now. I fully believe in traditional weight training and cardio, but I'm adding kettle bells to the mix. Just bought a 25lb kettle bell yesterday
