Sermon by Pastor Guy Parrish called "A world in revolution needs a church in revival" Guy Parrish is the pastor of Central Assembly of God in Muskogee, OKlahoma. Preached on 8/24/08.

Lyrics to song playing in Background (translated)
Remember
The Judge will descend from Heaven
All, All will be closely judged (examined)

The trumpet trembles and shakes when
The Judge closely judges!
The remainder will be shaken when
He has descended upon us!

The trumpet will send its wondrous sound
Amongst all the world's sepulchers
To gather all.

The Written Record will be brought forward
In which all deeds of the world are contained.
Therefore when the judge sits [in judgement],
All the appear before Him, none will be exempt.

The trumpet will call me forth When
The Judge descends to gather all.
The remainder, each one,
The remainder, each one,
Judged only when He sits
To examine each and every one!

Scattered [before thee?]; free me, before your Throne
All are scattered, free me, free me, Knowing me [completely]
Great Trembling then will be
When the Judge has come
To examine all before Him!

  • Too bad we don't throw them to the lions anymore.

  • @Mufaso1000 The last time they tried feeding christians to lions, the church grew even more. The more they murdered , the more people became christians. So go right ahead.....

  • yeah uh... see God uh.. uh .... uh... Wonder if Paul preached like that? Doubt it very much.

  • The uh...uh... is called trying to catch your breath. Like you, the preacher in this video likes Leonard Ravenhill. God Bless.

  • Great stuff I am a Evangelist and Pastor years ago I ministered in the area of this AoG when I was a member of Cross roads Cathedral AoG OKC

  • @tripletrules luke warm and hypocrites

  • @mammal46 I agree mate, its just more American rubbish in Christianity!

  • I can't stand the phony way these penticostal preachers preach. With an uuh at the end of every sentence. They sound like clowns. I bet the Apostle Paul never preached a sermon like that. Just preach the truth, get rid of that phony accentuation.

  • Sorry, but this is shear theatrical performance. This is not what the church needs. She does not need performers. She needs good sound instruction and teaching from the Word and not some 'preacher' putting on a make up voice. The church is sick with actors and performers.

  • PREACH PREACHER..............AMEN!

  • Excellent sermon!!! I wish I could go to his church and give up the lukewarm ones I am surrounded with.

  • People like this make me sick, People like this are Joel's army - yes, I said it. If the human does not want the soul to be saved leave it be. The ways of old before the church came through looking for dominion was better. Who would follow a religion that was raised on hate, murder, theft etc. there is nothing about your faith origional and know this by the time you are ready to make the move and start cleansing the world of evil the pagan nation will be there to stop you.

  • The church WAS a social program, the Early church was the only social system in from the early to late middle Ages in Europe.

In fact humanism is directly based on Christianity and the early forms of socialism were based on the first Jesuit activities Paraguay. They created a very good agricultural community (very accepting for missionary) but were later destroyed for becoming too powerful for the slave trades and their segregated colonies.
