@NTHG2PRV yes they are so far deep behind so many things its hard to even get a hold of them, i asked the dealership if they could just tkke them out and install the bulbs and they said sure they can do it for me.

@Bryan711117.. mine are black textured from factory. i am thinking of getting the plastic chrome 2way tape ones from Ebay and paint them gloss black

@kingkevinn... i hear you man! they are twisted in pretty tight from factory so you have to keep at it. the wings on the bulb are tough you can use force on them to twist. try using gloves with rubber fingertips. i had a difficult time taking mine out but they eventualy came out. good luck !

@NTHG2PRV i still havent installed mine because i have tried so many times to remove the old bulbs and they wont twist out. have you had this problem? is there a certain way to twist them out?

@kingkevinn... sorry for late reply i intalled the 6000k HIDS last year. did you install yours yet?

@BRANDON85L... sick ride i love the mariners! if you want HIDS then you need an H13 HID Kit which includes 2 ballasts and 2 bulbs. you can buy a kit on Ebay. good luck with the mods!

I have an 08 Mariner(just like an escape) Can I just buy the H13 bulbs or do i need something else?
