Compliments,

As it is, we want you to be our company payment representative. As earlier informed, we want to solely concentrate on production and sales. We are leaving out payment collections to agents(representatives) for these reasons.

First and foremost, most of the customers make payments by cheque, drafts and some very few, wire transfer. We could conveniently handle wire transfer, but not all the customers make payment via this path. Cheques from your region usually takes so long to be cleared for payment here. Whereras, we understand that, it takes between 3-7 days to clear in your region. As we have so many customers making payment via this path, and not wanting to risk the loss of such customers as they feel it is more convenient, we have decided to employ the services of representatives in those regions where we have such problems.

Also, inspite of prior agreement and arrangements on payment dates with customers, some take very long time to make payments. We have to constantly be on their heels to be able to make them make payments. This usually contributes to loss income, low cash flow amongst others. And, as we want to solely concentrate on sales and production of our products, we have decided to leave this task to others(representatives) for a consideration (commission)

We understand that such representatives would have to incur some expenses in the course of collecting and remiting the money. As a result, we have been magnanimous to offer 10% commission. The expenses mentioned are however exclusive of taxes where they apply. Invariably, representatives are not expected to pay for the taxes on the money from their commission but, from the amount remited to them by our customers.

Hence you would be requested as our payment agent(representative) to collect payments on our behalf(on our instructions though) from our customers who have sent us payment notification. So if you receive cheque payments for example, you would have to deposit in your bank and let us know when the funds would be available. We shall subsequently furnish you with transfer information. Please note that you would have to deduct your due 10% commssion and any other incidental cost to the transfer before you remit the remaining on our instruction.

As for the payments, it depends on which one you can actually handle as we have varied customers.

Please indicate the one you can handle from the lot below.

$10,000-$50,000
$51,000-$100,000
$101,000,150,000
$151,000-$300,000
$301,000-$500,000

Also, as a facilitator to our prompt decision, we would want to know the following:
1.If you have a company(s) of your own
2.if yes,name of the company(s)

Kindly send us your full names, phone number and contact address as well as banking information, after admitance as our representative, as it will be forwarded to all our customers in your region, for easy communication between you and the customers for purpose of payments.

I hope the above is elaborate enough.

Please get back to me promptly so we could continue with the process

Thanks for your time and understanding as I anticipate your co-operation.

Sincerely,
Lee Yen.
