A great little lighter. Lightweight, durable, easy to maintain. Can be used as a free standing candle or matchstick. Very affordable. 10 year warranty. This is the 6700 version. In production for nearly a hundred years. Subs and questions welcome.

  • I had one of these from my farthers uncle, he got it while serving in ww2. This thing still works, it ran out of flint and I seem to have misplaced it, but I noticed some people saying these aren't reliable.. Mine is 70 years old, and it works perfectly fine. That's damn reliable if you ask me.

  • @greeleykid I agree. Mine is still going great after 2 years.

  • Can you use a zippo wick on this?

  • @DarthDregan Im not sure, sorry.

  • @Alloutdoor1 I bought one. I checked and it works with zippo flints.

  • @DarthDregan Thanks for the info!

  • Glad I could help guys. I just bought another. This is a amazing lighter.

  • @1226dragon Ronsonol or Zippo lighter fluid will do

  • @DarthDregan Thanks for asking that, I was just about to ask that question! I just got my first Imco last week and love it.

  • In Finland this cost only 4.95€

  • DUDE I HAVE THIS!!!

  • @Alloutdoor1 huh. I guess I'll stick with my BIC then, cause that easily lasts a year, with regular use.

if you really need a fluid lighter, the peanut lighter is a better design because it's sealed and doesn't lose fluid.

  • I bought this lighter from Amazon. What attracted me to it is that I had a french lighter that was of a similar design but slightly smaller and instead of a cylinder, it was more of a rectangle box style. Anyways, it was a excellent lighter but it broke about 20 years ago. This one, however, is much better designed. You can use zippo flints and wicks with it. Even if you aren't a tobacco smoker like me, this is still a must-have lighter for survival purposes. Plus it's a nice conversation piece.
