Theyre hitting it with the LCROSS to measure the amount of hydrogen dioxide (Water) per square centimeter. This is important for the later moon missions.

If this is true. Do you mind postulating why the Russians never cried foul? Why they were able to triangulate the origins of all space communication and telemetry back to the moon for Apollo 11?
If we didn't land on the moon, why did the russians not call foul?
Keep in mind they DID have tracking networks following this shit.
This is the one question any "Hoaxers" has ever been able to answer sufficiently. Also, what about the lasers we shoot at the moon on a regular basis.
