The most perplexing problem is that the causation is legal evidence VS medical evidence. It is what the WCAB interprets as legal VS medical?? Why is it then do we even need a legal venue when worker's comp is an exclusive remedy? That the worker's comp was mandated in the early 1900's to replace the tort law (master slave) to provide medical care and wages to keep workers from suing for large amounts of money as in a tort civl case!
The comp system is the same in other countries as in the U.S.
