As Myanmar opens up to the outside world, decades of neglect in areas such as HIV/AIDS treatment can no longer be hidden. Of the 120,000 people living with HIV/AIDS in the country, only less than 30,000 are believed to be receiving the medication they need. Around 20 thousand people die each year as the disease spreads throughout families. Al Jazeera's Wayne Hay reports from Yangon.
