It's a well-made puzzle, and I'm still trying to understand it fully. In this video, though, the solve is from one state to another, much like a magic solve. I use Jaap's D move, then rotate the pieces in place (2 at a time).
I bought this one from the inventor himself (Pantazis Houlis) at California Cube Evening on August 8th. :-)
