Really enjoyed the video! The key is our ability and willingness to honestly question the status quo in education, with a sincere commitment to both ending and changing practices that no longer work (even if they once worked well). If we are not truly willing to commit to making changes when the toughest, most critical conversations take place, then let's not have the discussion at all. To me, that's the first question we need to ask: Are we really prepared to make the big, necessary changes?
