  • why did you put it in flour before putting it in the egg? didn't the flour come off a little?

  • It is called the "standard breading procedure" The flour is needed because some foods are slick and the flour helps the egg or if you are using a batter, to adher. After dredging the item in flour shake off any extra flour.n
