Behold, Larry Tatum, 10th Degree Black Belt! Thumb up!
-
There are much, much worse martial arts videos on YouTube than this. That said, stomping an unarmed opponent who's laying face-down on the ground is not a self-defense move; it's a criminal act of aggression. Martial arts studios need to stop teaching this kind of stuff.

@Hanshi1Day In my experience, 95% of people who claim 10th degree black belts got them from schools they founded themselves. I'm guessing this guy is no different.

@TheMarkofMarkos In a real fight the speed and power executed would be so great that the opponent wouldn't be standing there for very long. These are techniques demonstrated at very slow speeds for education, but in reality would be executed much faster.

Thanks for posing for me Rick! Your making me look good Tim!

Dude looks like a porn actor for the 70's.

@ultimathulian I think this is made to defend against someone who is trying to murder you or your family. Not to do to the guy at the fast food restaurant who gets your order wrong lol And if the situation is bad enough to do all that i would much rather deal with the cops then just letting the guy kill me.

if master tamtum one day wish to be a tap dancer i think he will have a second wonderful carrer

I was there! Ouch! We had a blast making those videos in the early 90s.. Saludos everyone, Tim Bulot

I love how utterly and needlessly convoluted these moves are. "Break his finger, break his wrist, hit his groin, hit it again, break his spine, hit him in the groin again, and go directly to jail. Thank you, Rick."
just 1 question:why the opponent always stays still in all kenpo demos, thats absurd,i like kenpo, but i dont think that is useful, please answer. i did like the "on the mat "videos by "true2kenpo"(watch it,is very good).

@TheMarkofMarkos Opponent is like this because it's stage one of technique i.e. the ideal phase where it all works nice then we have the what if phase i.e. opponent does something else etc then stage 3 formulation i.e. new technique.
