Southwest damanged my luggage in Milwaukee. The lady at the Baggage Services counter was very rude when I addressed the issue with her and only gave me a travel voucher - no offer to either replace or repair my bag, which from reading numerous stories online, usually doesn't happen. I'm never flying Southwest again unless they fix my bag or give me a new one.

that was my first time fly in Milwaukee last March plus my first time rode on Southwest Airlines too.
