  • I love putanesca and this recipe is truly awesome with aubergine and courgettes. I did the polenta with just a bit of asiago cheese. Fried some spicy sausages and it was a meal for a king. I spent 12 years in South Pacific and 2 months in Aus, 6 months in NZ, sous chef in Whitianga. American living in Las Vegas now but miss the islands.
