Sprint puts you on hold for three hrs. Yes, THREE HOURS. As you can imagine "all representatives are currently assisting other customers". What a joke!

  • I'm an engineer with Sprint, and you're absolutely right; that's unacceptable service.

    I know it was several weeks ago now, but If you're still having a problem, I can have someone help you fix it. I'm not in customer service, but there is a system for other employees to help solve problems for customers.
