I really love this kind of clip. Youtube is fantastic for this type of info.My buddy had been bullied. He said he was gonna get bigger muscle mass. I didn't believe him. Then he gained 40 pounds of genuine lean muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). Not a soul dares to bully him anymore. :)
