concerning the muscles...I find I play a lot better when I've been working out a lot. Better dexterity on the guitar when your hands and arms are stronger. Also, I know they don't drink or do drugs (possibly a bad history of that stuff, I dunno). Anyhow, working out is a really good substitute for that. Of course it makes your body produce more natural drugs and hormones
