@6Mega6Man6 Thats not how i remembered it. Not giving away too much about the movie as don't wana ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen it but she just wanted revenge by chopping her step-brother's pee pee lol. The first guy was a fake and the last guy was just another disgusting old man who preys on young girls, she wasn't really going around. I thought the movie was ok, it wasn't that bad, I've seen worst.

what she has is a dermoid cyst. Dermoid cysts are derived from the outer layers of embryonic skin, and they are capable of growing hair and teeth and bones, anything that comes from the outer layers of the embryo. They can occur anywhere.
So this woman had one in the pelvic region and the cyst grew teeth, and when it ruptured through the wall where her uterus joins her vagina thats what the vaginal teeth thing is
