6 of those 8 years I remember a strong economy, and no other attack on our country since then.

Dude, wake up, planning 9/11 wasn't overnight but it didn't take that long either. 9/11 happened during Bush's Jr's watch, a whole eight months in. Even the first World Trade bombing in '93 happened less than five weeks after Bush Sr. left office.  The false security lies with the money grubbing Republi-CAN'TS.

@dogeymon83 ron paul gained credibility with me when he said that. he said we caused 9/11 because of blowback. which is the same thing that the CIA said. do you have any idea about what the CIA has done in the past 50 years? any idea?!

@dogeymon83 i guess you're too stupid to realize the parallel between empathizing toward the less represented (blacks) and empathizing toward the less represented (the poor). liberals have been consistent on this point. it's also interesting that many of the best presidents in U.S. history have been called socialists in their times for policies widely embraced today.

Absolutely historically accurate. Lincoln was the first Republican president and it was his party that freed the slaves, gave them the vote, and under which the first black congressmen and senators were elected. Lincoln also desegregated the White House. It remained desegregated for decades until Woodrow Wilson, a Democrat, resegregated the White House. These are all facts of record and can be proven or disproven with a bit of research.

@FreeGiftOffers blacks started becoming Democrats LONG BEFORE this. it was the democratic president truman who desegregated the military in the 1940s.

Democrats don't have real good memories. They don't even remember that in the 1980s that it was Reagan who gave amnesty to illegal immigrants. No matter what the Republicans do, there will always be those close-minded dems that see everything the Reps do as evil.
