@Muler369 Its weird but Great balls actually work better on legendaries at least from my own experience, it took me 20 ultra balls to catch zapdos but only 11 great balls when I played through again

use mew2, swift 2 times, then try ultra balls

@HAMcorp I saved it right before i fought him the first time. I had to reload my game like 3 times to catch him using Ultra Balls. Ultra balls do work but it just take some time
