The curse of fiery road accidents involving oil carriers revisited Sachangwan along the Nakuru-Eldoret Highway when a tanker and trailer collided head On. Two people were burnt beyond recognition when the two vehicles burst into flames.
Another person was seriously injured when he jumped out of the burning trailer and was taken to a hospital in Nakuru by local residents.
@ned @ned: mmmm 'natures own selection' that is not naivety? this defies common sense n can only b explained by the supernatural primitive superstition now...whats the matter with ur people living along Nakuru Eldoret H-Way? INCORRIGBLES!

Natures own way of selection. People are still running to their deaths, pity.

Surely you aren't that superstitious and naive, are you?

Free is never really free, especially with a tipped-over tanker around. It's death stupid!!! The attitude of "it's our turn to eat" makes these people dumb and forget the fallen lot of the past.

@freegastanker1 lol. I see the cargo is precious!

@siasabora I was about to be happy that wananchi had learnt from past tragedies never to come looking for free gas or diesel. Kumbe it is the police who kept them far--not that they had learnt to respect fallen gas-tankers!

Anytime you see gastanker coming your way, just run. There is nothing like free gas except mine and again remember tanker drivers are heros because of their cargo! keep the peace.

Was it a single-lane road? Why did they collide head-on? Do you know if another news media reported this? Perhaps they have that answer

Why have the pipeline network if the petroleum products are still transported on road!

These guys don't get it. The driver of the other truck needs to be arrested ASAP. It was his fault. Tanker drivers are heros because of their cargo!
