.19 Navy SEAL on ambush, Vietnam
.21 Maddog in Hell Week. During the final night of Hell Week students are assembled in the classroom and told to write their thoughts down on paper. The lights are dimmed and mellow mood music is played as students try to stay awake and accomplish the task. I wish I had a copy of what I wrote as I'm sure it would be entertaining all these years later.
.26 Don Shipley left and dive buddy in Alaska. We're smiling now but 15 minutes later we're attacked by a monster Seal in the water.
.52 Maddog jumping skies. Note the hole between Jim's legs. His ruck wasn't tight enough and with the air rushing through the hole and the skies, Jim fought hard the whole jump trying to stop flipping over and over. Lucky boy...
.57 Hotel Platoon. Don Shipley in center. Mack from Future Weapons taking the picture.
1.06-1.11 Patch commemorates the guys lost during the Lone Survivor Rescue.
1.17 Known as the "Sardinian Death Drop" these guys landed on rocks during a night drop.
1.26 Don Shipley receiving the Navy Medal after a rescue mission off Liberia.
1.31 Dry Suit diving in Alaska. Don Shipley on right.
1.51 Don Shipley. This photo was taken after extraction from the toughest Operation I ever did in SEAL Team. 12 days in the Arctic. Painful...
1.54 Don Shipley on right and Sardinian Death Drop Team Mate on left.
2.20 Maddog on left receives "Special Treatment during Hell Week.
3.35 Don Shipley Demo Course.
3.38 Young Maddog.
3.48 Note guys hiding in rocks below.
4.10 Good friend Steve Scott. Steve grew up in Nome, Alaska. The licences plates on his truck read "Ooglook." which translated meant "Fat Seal" in Intuit.

These are photos I've collected during my 24-years as a Navy SEAL. Pictures from SEALs doing various training and deployments with SEAL Team overseas. BUD/S Training, SEAL Qualification Training, and SEAL Team is the order for guys aspiring to become Navy SEALs.

70-80% of BUD/S Trainee's will not survive SEAL Training with the toughest part being Hell Week, a grueling 5 and a half days with trainees continually on the move with little or no sleep.

Log PT, surf torture, boat drills and the mud flats it gets much better in SEAL Team as guys attend Jump School for static line and free fall parachuting, breaching school or sniper school to name a few and worth every push up they do in BUD/S Training, "The Toughest Military Training in the World."

  • Senior Chief, how do you deal with all of these amateurs arguing which SOF units are better on your video?

It's easy to tell who aren't and who are the operators.

  • @DesertChipmunkAZ::: I drink a lot before reading the comments guys leave...

  • Anybody else notice the puppy at 1:22?

  • @vvbn7890

Well just like the training goes it's a team mission and that goes for the equipment too. So to answer your question... yes and yes.

  • I have this big thing that I keep thinking of when I think SEALs. And that is that I can't swim. I've never learned to swim and I feel like if I were to try going SEALs I would get messed up from not having enough swimming experience. Buds131, please tell me what I should do about not having enough swimming experience, will it affect me greatly at BUD/S?

  • @dwgangsat Yeah he does them on Ustream every Monday / Friday night at 2200. The link to it is on his page.

  • 1:11 THE BEST men of the world

  • @waldoshot42 we learned alot from the germans. ppl will not understand what your saying right now unless something happened to where we had to go absolutely balls to the walls.

  • Why do ppl keep arguing on sites its not like Dicklick123 has something profound to say and change your mind.I rarely even see a comment about the video.Whoever has access to nuclear weapons that can fire close and long range wins in my book.

  • This is one of the better seal videos here on youtube
