there probably will never be any changes that work for all... changes are supposed to benefit these people that the company's supposed to make money for

Some change is good, some is bad. An change needs to be morally evaluated before it is decided upon. This begs the question: who gets to dictate change? I will never accept change for changes sake but will i will strongly resist destructive change and proceed cautiously with change that shows itself to be beneficial to all, not just to the corporate elite.
