Finsterthecat - the lyrics are in Turkish, and they're basically about how she tries she can't succeed in love or in this life, and her lover is like a "sharp knife", which is the name of the song. I'm sure it makes more sense in Turkish. I kind of interpretted it as a painful loss of a loved one and the stages of mourning. I'm wrapping myself in hot and cold emotions, surrounded by them, and eventually I let them go.

Always loved this song, but never knew what they were singing. What are they singing about?? You seem to be feeling it.
