FAQ:
Q. How do I remove the background?
A. You have to right click on the background color of the character. Then, change the settings of MSPaint by going to Image Draw Opaque. Uncheck it.

Q. Why won't it upload?
A. You have to "Save it to my computer". It depends on which version you have. Simply saving it as a WMM will NOT WORK. You have to save it as a .WMV

A tutorial that tells you how to make videos using MSPaint and Windows Movie Maker.
I made it simple for all of you normal people out there, and tried to give you enough time to read everything. I read a lot faster than the video rate so I really wouldn't know....

Don't mention how Pivot is better. In case you haven't noticed, this video is about using MSPaint and WMM. Not Pivot.
