my computer got infected with it, but it never let me do anything to remove it. i was no able to open any icon and neither any other application. i had no choice then buy it, and i got my computer back. is there any way that i can get my money back?? any info and help please!!!!

OK one question

If you deleted the account that was infected from another admin acc(I had no choice I couldn't even open up the internet and norton wan't doing shit) and created a new account would it still be in your computer?I've checked around for it and I dont see it....I hope its gone because that was pissin me off badly

@19anaana When you restart your computer and log into OS, press "CTRL ALT DELETE" to open system manager immediately. That way as soon as AV starts you will be able to shut down its processes

@jeffkim871 Same man....I want to play Mw2 But cant.I had to bring it in to Best Buy the first time.This is the 2nd time this thing got in to my Computer and now im really pissed...So ima bring it to this guy my dad knows.Any way Good Luck! : )

When i open "System manager" like at 2 minutes 40. Antivius Scan stop it. How can i do?
