Shimmering 1 Sample Guided Meditation

This is a guided experience that combines mindfulness meditation with bilateral sound. It's a chance to see what bilateral sound is like when you are focusing your mind in a meditative state. I use my voice to help you meditate whether or not you have any meditation experience. This is a four-minute meditation with a brief introduction from my 2 CD set called Shimmering 1: Eliminate Stress and Experience Advanced Meditation. It uses my UpLevel sound (a very popular EMDR-inspired bilateral sound). If that's Greek to you, no worries. The experience speaks for itself.

This clip doesn't do your work justice. I purchased two of your dvds a few years ago--UpLevel and Personal Journey--and still use them to this day. I prefer UpLevel for its simplicity and ability to calm my thoughts and anxiety. It's great to listen to while working through problems. Highly recommend checking out Robert's website for other tracks. The bilateral sound--moving from ear to ear-is necessary to get the full effect. Hopefully you can get a stereo track on youtube.

@gimmefunnies Thanks for your comment. The vid is playing in stereo now. But the sound isn't as good as on a CD, as you say. The samples on my site are less compressed.

It's a shame you only have one video up. Your stuff is amazing! I still use the uplevel and it works amazingly.
