on top of the bluff at Jim bluff is a old home that Granny Henderson live in that is my Great Grand Mother. If you have not been up Sneed Creek you need to hike it...

We went this week, June 4th and it was beautiful. I wouldn't recommend putting in at Steel Creek, we carried A LOT! Put in further down river!

great video! im planning on canoeing/fishing the buffalo on june 15th-22nd all the way to buffalo city. do you know the river well or think that the water levels will be too low?

This was late May but the water is not dependable at that time. We lucked out and it was good late in to the month.

Well, if they're poisonous...not too smart. If they aren't poisonous...still not too smart, but this wasn't a poisonous variety otherwise we'd have been in the canoes!
