I have the same arrangement and it's from the book Folk Songs for Solo Singers V.2 (Medium high) published by alfred, compiled and edited by Jay Althouse and it's arranged by Mark Hayes.
My friend accompanied me for a festival doing this and I honestly wish i could have played it instead of sang, the piano's so beautiful for it!
