LOL, that sort of cycle lane is as bad for drivers as it is for cyclists. Can't blame the driver for his position at the end, and I don't like the narrowness of the lane either. 2m is the minimum width for a cycle, IIRC.

In all seriousness I cannot for the life of me fathom out the thinking process the engineers and planners went through when designing and installing that one and I completely agree that they are a nightmare for car drivers as well and I certainly dont want to infer that the car driver at the end of the clip is in any way in the wrong.
