My (work's) Fadal VMC 4020 milling a mold for a valve. Here i have already done the roughing, and am now milling the 165mm radius. It's cutting about 0.2mm per step. My first upload here,
@sicmic123 My shop bought a fadal back in 08 and let me tell you, its already sounding bad. the spindle is louder than before, i just had the spindle motor mounts replaced, and the belts too... its still loud and the spindle vibration is increasing :-/ We are not very happy with our Fadal. We are considering trading it in for a hyundai kia vx400. You would think a brand new machine would perform well just after 3 years of use. But not this one.

Not those VMC's! The Fadals are tougher or at least used to be.
