@BENNYSIEGEL90 << no but we always came close either in the playoffs or lost in the final game. With and without gretzky we still kick ass and get up high into the finals. I agree sharks hold their own too however im getting sick of the sharks fans dissing the ducks when they havent one a cup. You can talk shit after you win 2.

At least Sharks didn't lose a chance to win the cup while they had Lucky Luke Robitaille, Jari Kurri and Wayne Gretzky playing for them. When did Anaheim ever had such top names. Not even in 06. Selanne owns Robitaille though and is probaly same level with Kurri.

Ducks owned everybody at their cup year, especially Detroit and Sens whom they made their bitches. Osgood and Hasek did not even help the Detroit clowns. Dominator got spanked at the playoffs. And no he had a top team in front of him but still played terribly.

I don't think they humiliated themselves at all. Standing up for teammates is respected in hockey. LOTS of teams took notice when a good portion of the roster was either in the sin bin or the locker room.
